I spent years as a nurse serving families in the Metro-East, so when I say your health is my priority, I mean it. I’ve traded the stethoscope for a brush, but I’ve kept the surgical-grade standards. I founded Kitty Has Claws to bridge the gap between clinical nail health and high-end alternative expression. My home studio in historic Mascoutah is a private sanctuary for those who appreciate the finer, darker things in life—think vintage horror, punk aesthetics, and a flawlessly executed stiletto nail. CANCELLATION POLICY
All new clients will be asked to pay a deposit to hold your appointment. In the event of a no-show or cancelations less than 24 hours in advance, a 20% fee will be incurred. This is to ensure compensation of time reserved for services. Booking & Arrival Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Because we operate on a precise schedule to deliver an uncompromising, high-end experience for every guest, the following arrival policy is strictly enforced: Grace Period: We offer a 9-minute grace period for minor delays. 10 Minutes Late: A $5 late fee will be added to your service. To keep the day running on time, your service may also be modified or shortened to fit the remaining time slot, while the full original service price remains due. 15+ Minutes Late: Appointments are considered a late cancellation after 15 minutes.
